This kit contains Two Science learning activities every child would love:

    1. LOVE YOUR MICRO-GREENS: Many of us enjoy gardening and time permitting, we would get the whole family involved. But the kids nowadays don't get enough opportunities to learn gardening skills. Grow-your-own Micro-Greens kit is designed to develop a keen interest in nature and learn how to grow greens at home. You don't need any tools, space or sunburns to grow micro-greens - they can be grown indoors and can be eaten as well. Who knows they might develop some interest in eating greens in their food?
What are microgreens? Also known as "vegetable confetti," microgreens are sometimes confused with sprouts — germinated seeds that are eaten root, seed and shoot. Microgreens, however, include a variety of edible immature greens, harvested with scissors less than a month after germination, when the plants are up to 2 inches tall. The stem, cotyledons (or seed leaves) and first set of true leaves are all edible.
    2. HOT-N-COLD COLOUR CHANGING SLIME: Color changing slime? Absolutely! This slime is soooo fun. We can’t stop playing with it. Hot hands, cold drinks, the sun all make this slime change color.  It’s Heat Sensitive Color Changing Slime. And there’s some pretty cool science behind it, too. This slime gets its color changing super powers from Thermo-chromic pigment. Thermochromic materials change colors when there is a change in temperature. Mood rings and lipstick use them. And so do those rubber duckies that tell you when the bath is too hot for baby.

Designed by educationalists, the benefits of 'learning by doing' is hard to let go.
